Microlearning Leads to Macro Success

Microlearning can break down specific tasks in a continuously evolving workplace and build critical soft skills for a growing workforce. In a fast-paced world, especially with advancing technology, it is important to continuously build new skills (Buchem and Munich). For example, a trainee could do some microlearning to prepare for in-person training. This prepares them to understand the in-person content easier and quicker, thus saving time (Diaz Redondo et al. 2020).
